Consultations are the only way to receive an accurate quote. During our session, you'll get to feel the hair, explore different lengths, and I'll assess your texture and scalp. We'll discuss colors and address all your questions. Use this time to feel confident about your investment.

Once your consultation is complete and you receive your hair agreement, the process will depend on three factors: 1. When the deposit is made 2. Hair availability 3. Customization time Since our extensions are customized for each client, we only begin any alterations after receiving the full deposit, which is 50% of the total amount. If we need to order hair from Brazil, the same conditions apply. Customization takes up to 10 business days. You'll be kept updated throughout, and we’ll book your appointment as soon as possible for your big day.

The longevity of your extensions depends entirely on your home aftercare. By following our recommendations, you can avoid the need for an exchange or refill for years. Our wefts are securely sewn, so strands won’t simply fall from the weft—they’d need to be pulled down with considerable force to come loose, often breaking from the roots instead. Like natural hair, improper care—such as forceful brushing, sleeping with wet hair, or frequently tying hair too tightly—can cause breakage and accelerate the need for a refill. Typically, an exchange is only necessary when your natural hair grows to the length of your extensions, and you wish to go longer.

If you only need extensions for a specific date or event and don’t plan on wearing them again, I wouldn’t recommend them, as the investment is significant for limited use. However, the choice is yours, and you’re always welcome to book a consultation to learn more about our hair and services.
